They resided in the house of Mrs. Daisy who is the niece of our Executive Director Dr. I. Sebastian. This house was chosen because the house is closer to the parish and it is easy to have transport. The children had their food and accommodation in her house and enjoyed their stay. They children express their great pleasure and joy in knowing about Christ and His deeds in his life were very interesting. The learned about different sacraments but they were given adequate knowledge on Holy Communion. The children could realize the holiness of this sacrament and started having a great reverence for the same. The learned different prayers those are compulsory for them to know by heart. Our children excelled in doing and that proved us how joyful, delightful and interested in getting this sacrament.

On the previous day of the celebration they children were administered the sacrament of Reconciliation. After receiving this sacrament the children felt their hearts to be light and easy as their burdens and hurt feelings are washed. They are made clean and new. At last the day arrived and it is 22.05.2016. The children were all gathered in the church wearing white dress symbolizing purity and innocence. Fr. Maria Doss was the Parish priest and he presided over the Mass and it was con-celebrated by seven other priests as well. The function was a grand success. After the Eucharistic celebration the children took photos with whomever they know. They said that this day would be ever remembered in their life time as they have reached a milestone in their lives. We are very positive that these children grow in Christ values and spreading them to the people whom they come in contact with.

Pilgrimage to velanganny.
This program is a mixture of piety and enjoyment. It is a pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Health. All the children gathered early morning by 5:30 am for the pilgrimage on 27.05.16. The grown up children and Brother Sebastian took up the task and started their journey. The children who are small were taken in the van along with Miss Joseline. While the children were walking they prayed Rosary and sang Marian hymns. They had good pilgrimage and after reaching a few kilometers they rested for a while. Then they pursued their journey. They stopped around 8:00 am for breakfast. The food was carried in the van. The kids and the grown up children had their breakfast together. Then they unloaded their luggage from the van and got themselves settled in the room. Then they refreshed and had their dinner and again retired for rest.

On the second day 28.05.16 some grown up girls had risen early morning and went for special devotion of kneeling down and walking on their knees. The distance would about 1 Km. By the time these children finished their devotional action the other children are ready up for the day to celebrate. The children were divided into small teams headed by a senior girl. The team leaders guided the children to the beach and had fun there while one of the teams cooked special fish curry for all. The children went to different places possible and had enjoyed as much as they could. They were advised to return to their rooms for lunch at 01.30 pm.
